Responsibilities:
- Safely transport clients to and from designated destinations in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean, well-presented, and fully operational vehicle at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and a courteous, professional demeanor with all passengers
- Plan and navigate efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge of the Buffalo, NY area
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout the journey
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate schedules and pickups with dispatch or management as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Possessing a valid US Passport or Nexus Card
- Prior experience as a chauffeur, livery driver, or professional driver preferred
- Strong knowledge of Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas
- Excellent punctuality, reliability, and time management skills
- Professional appearance and outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
